And it’s a five-star one!
I liked the first book Pressure Head but I absolutely adored this awesome sequel Relief Valve… Besides the humor and just plain lightness and fun of this story, I finally got what I felt was missing from the first book, more of Tom and Phil’s relationship.Phil is still a bit tight-lipped but now I’m sure he’s the right one for Tom…I can absolutely recommend Relief Valve to everyone who’s read Pressure Head and to those who haven’t yet, you really need to – 5 stars, Mandy, Hearts on Fire Reviews
A lovely boost for me as I work on #3 in the series, Heat Trap.
JL Merrow is that rare beast, an English person who refuses to drink tea. She read Natural Sciences at Cambridge, where she learned many things, chief amongst which was that she never wanted to see the inside of a lab ever again. Her one regret is that she never mastered the ability of punting one-handed whilst holding a glass of champagne.
She writes across genres, with a preference for contemporary gay romance and the paranormal, and is frequently accused of humour.

Congrats on the great review! March seems so far off… I want Tom & Phil today!
LOL! This one does seem to have been a long time coming – I’ve written another novel since I handed Relief Valve in, and it’s still not published!
March will come sooner than you think. Honest. 😉
Me too, Wishing feb away so we can get our hands on it! Then how long for Heat Trap?
I’m afraid it’ll be another year to wait for Heat Trap – I have a publishing date of 17th March 2015 for it. But don’t worry – I’ll have several other things coming out in the meantime. For details, see here: https://jlmerrow.com/coming-soon/ 🙂
