Tart with a Heart

RaisingTheRent72webNope, not talking about me (these days I see myself as less of a tart and more of a rhubarb crumble.)

Today on the Raising the Rent blog tour I’m over at RJ Scott’s blog (while she’s away at GRL – how foolish of her to leave the keys under the mat) talking about that much-loved trope: the hustler with a heart.

Why not pop on over and let me know about your favourite fictional working boy/girl – and did they get their happy ending? I’d love to hear from you (although you may, alas, have to wait a bit to hear back from me *curses unstable internet connection*)

Giveaway: I’m offering a $20 Amazon gift certificate to a randomly chosen commenter on the tour. (See here for a full list of the blogs I’ll be guesting on, in case you’ve missed any)

I’ll be making the draw around teatime on Monday 27th October, GMT. Good luck! Open-mouthed smile

About jlmerrow

JL Merrow is that rare beast, an English person who refuses to drink tea. She read Natural Sciences at Cambridge, where she learned many things, chief amongst which was that she never wanted to see the inside of a lab ever again. Her one regret is that she never mastered the ability of punting one-handed whilst holding a glass of champagne. She writes across genres, with a preference for contemporary gay romance and the paranormal, and is frequently accused of humour. Find JL Merrow online at: www.jlmerrow.com

Nathan is the perfect boy with a heart of gold. Indeed, many of your heroes are wounded and wonderful and frequently, like Tom and Robert, fussy and funny. What a wondrous talent you have for expression and humor.

Aw, thanks! Glad you’ve enjoyed reading about my boys! 😀
